KI-001 Sign-in uses a self-selected demo role, not your Microsoft account
Status: Fix planned (tracked as F-08 / T-45)
Workaround: Choose the demo role that matches what you are testing before reviewing requests.
KI-002 Attachments cannot be removed after upload
Status: Open
Workaround: Add a comment on the request asking IT to disregard the file.
KI-003 Live voice intake is sent to the voice provider without redaction
Status: Open
Workaround: Type the request instead when it includes personal details. Use fictional details during the pilot.
